For years, I did everything “right.”
I built a career in healthcare, cared deeply for others, and filled every moment of my life with doing. From the outside, it looked like I had it all together, but inside, I was exhausted, anxious, and completely disconnected from myself.
My mind was constantly racing. I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t slow down, and couldn’t stop the spiral of stress and overthinking that had quietly become my normal. I was running on empty, pouring into everyone else and leaving nothing for me.
Then, in 2017, I discovered meditation. It started with simply a 21 day meditation challenge.
It gave me something I didn’t even realize I was searching for, it gave me my life back.
