Hi, I'm Christina and founder of Go Meditate.

As a nurse I put everyone first, and myself last. I felt anxious, stressed and unable to sleep anymore. I would stay awake while negative thoughts on past situations or future worries replayed in my mind. I knew something needed to change but had no clue what.

I continued to push through, people-pleasing and putting myself last, while numbing myself with overworking or doing whatever I could to distract myself from my feelings.

I wanted to feel peaceful, free and more connected with my body, but after MANY years of ignoring it I struggled to start.

And then I discovered meditation. I did it in a way that was gentle, compassionate and fit in my lifestyle. I also discovered how to make it simple, powerful and approachable. The results have been better then I could have ever even imagined.
